From Daleks in Manhattan (2007) Cult of Skaro leader Dalek Sec merges with a human, Mr Diagoras, to create a new Dalek/human hybrid race; “I am a Human Dalek, I am your future”.
Dalek Sec retains Mr Diagoras’ 1920’s double breasted pin-striped suit with black and white spats, whilst also featuring an exposed brain, single bulbous eye and six head tentacles.

Dalek Thay was 3rd in command of The cult of skaro and was 1st to be named on screen.
He declared war on the cybermen after exterminating two of them.
Thay fought in the battle of Canary Wharf and sacrificed three panels of dalekanium for the lightning conductor in the episode “Daleks in Manhatten”.
